Explanation

The flowrate NDM is an opt-in system NDM designed to fire if the rate of flows received by Netography from a particular flow source exceeds a certain threshold within an hour.

What to Look For

The flowrate NDM can be enabled and configured with different thresholds in order to monitor the health of flow reporting, create an alert when flows have begun from a particular device, or identify circumstances in which high rate of flows are being reported by a particular device due to high amounts of network utilization.
