Enhancements

NetoFuse

NetoFuse: NetoFuse is software you can run in your environment or can be hosted by Netography in the cloud to provide enriched asset context to Netography Fusion from 3rd party products. NetoFuse is installed as a container or Python package.

• NetoFuse modules are software components of NetoFuse that integrate a 3rd party product or provide a mechanism for integration to products. NetoFuse ships with a library of modules, and you can also develop custom modules.

Sub-Accounts

Sub-Accounts Management: Sub-account types (sometimes referred to as customer accounts) now have independent options that enable them to control and manage their own accounts and data visibility.

• Sub-Account Login: When enabled, parents account have the ability to login as the sub-account (sometimes referred to as masquerading). Otherwise, the parent account is restricted from logging in and managing the account as the sub-account.
• Sub-Account Sharing: When Sub-Account Sharing is enabled:
  • Parent accounts have the ability to fetch and view data from their sub-accounts as long as the retention settings are the same.
  • Sub-accounts are listed and displayed on the Events page on the Events List tab, in the table's Account column.
  • Parent accounts have the ability to select one or more sub-accounts using the Search and Global Search features by choosing the sub-account(s) in the Query By Accounts drop-down field.
  • Parent accounts have the ability to add sub-accounts to Dashboard Widgets and aggregate using the field value "customer".

Detection model descriptions: On the Network Models page, Network Model names listed in the Name/Desc column now include a hyperlink to the Netography user docs, which provides the name, description, explanation, and additional details related to the model name.

Real-time data paused: For all pages displaying real-time data, data is now paused by default. Real-time data can be turned on and off using the play and pause icons on the pages where real-time data occurs. You can change the paused by default Real-time settings on the My Profile > Settings tab.

Audit logs and custom account roles: Audit logs can be enabled or disabled for custom account roles. For accounts with defined custom roles, when the View Audit Logs setting is disabled, logs will not be displayed in the Audit Logs table.
